I guess the hotel rarely have guests because the room I got was really old and dusty. The room is nowhere like the pictures displayed. Everything was old and worn out. The windows are useless as it opens to a wall, therefore you wouldn't know if it is day or night. Like previous comments, towels are given only upon request. I think this way is better, so that you wouldn't be expecting dusty towels when check in. Breakfast is just simple. Room service is 24 hours, but I rather go to rather go to the warung nearby for better tasting food. Staff are friendly and accommodating.
